As the free mailing, so all orders no box
We do understand how anxious one could be waiting for the parcel to arrive, and for these two years and going forward, we always guarantee goods are sent off within 12-36 hours after payment confirmation, even on Saturdays and other public holidays when the Post Office is off – we never let it be held up in our hands and BEYOND THAT, we use couriers who are as diligent as us.
That’s why we make promise that goods arrive at your hands within 8 working days and how we hold this standard up.
Excellent Communication
It is so much more than just the exchange of goods and funds! We love to keep in touch with you all the time, with your permission!
Before and during purchase, if you have any concerns and questions, ask us, or leave a message. We are always responsive to your questions, and we make sure all your enquires be attended within 12 hours, regardless of weekends/public holidays.
During the delivery period, you will know when the parcel is sent off; you will have the tracking number; and whether or not you want to check it up yourself, we will do the work for you and we keep you notified all the way through!
After purchase, we do aftersales feedback collection as part of our procedure, but again, with your permission

Also customers are welcome to pay in USD, EURO and GBP.
We now only accept payments through paypal Credit card and westernunion , but again, when you check out, and it will lead you through everything.
Freedom of changing your mind
Yes, you can change your mind! Not just before we send it off, but also after you bought it!
A lot of our customers purchase these shoes as a gift for someone they love, sometimes as a surprise. However, we all know there could be wrong sizes and different taste when it comes to style and color! If this happens, don’t worry - as long as you send them back within 2 months and unworn, we offer to change it to any other pair that's equivalent.
